Terms of Service

​By purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully.

First and foremost, I DO NOT CONSENT TO ANY OF MY ART TO BE USED BY AI IN ANY SENSE, EVEN IF PURCHASED/COMMISSIONED! YOU WILL BE BLOCKED & REPORTED IF FOUND OUT, AND I WILL NOT MAKE ART FOR YOU EVER AGAIN.

 

Now that that's out of the way...

WON'T DO: Hard NSFW (Or anything explicitly super sexual), heavy mecha, fetishes, realism, incest, political art, pedophilia, sexual harassment, direct visuals of self harm (scars are fine, but showing the action is not), dragons, beasts, offensive material, babies

WILL DO: Humans, humanoids, furries, light mecha, light NSFW (ex. sexy poses, outfits, pinning to walls, and things like that. No genatailia or actual sex scenes), heavy gore & blood, fan characters, characters from shows/series (as long as there's a visual), original characters, ships & couples, full scenes, banners/headers, youtube thumbnails

PLEASE PROVIDE:

  • Required:

    • Reference pictures of the character(s)

    • Details or reference pictures of the background/environment you want

      • If you're getting a solid background, please provide the color (a hex code is super appreciated!)​

  • Optional:

    • Specific poses you want

    • Specific details you want added/removed

    • Details or reference pictures of the background/environment you want

    • Specific color pallet (I recommend using Coolors.io if you want a certain color pallet!)

PAYMENT:

  • 100% of payment upfront.

  • Paypal, Venmo, or Cash App only.

  • Be able to pay in 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be canceled. Maximum waiting time if you notify me about it: 48 hours.

USAGE

  • Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.

  • If you post the piece online, please give credit & tag me!

  • The commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, shirts, and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY!

  • You may not claim the work to be your own, edit, or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any commercial purposes unless agreed upon. I require at least a profit of 30%.

DEADLINE

  • The deadline depends on the complexity of the piece, but it will never exceed a month. 

  • If you need the commission to be finished in a day or two, remember that the price may double depending on how fast you want it and the complexity of the piece.

PROCESS

  • I will send you four stages: Sketch (main changes - pose, emotions, scenery, angles) - Lineart (minor changes - additional details) - Flat colors (minor changes - mostly colors) - Finished work.

  • I can send more if you ask.

ADDITIONAL INFO:​

  • If, after claiming a slot you haven't responded in 24 hours, the slot will be canceled.

  • I have the right to post all commissioned works on my social media as a portfolio.

  • I won't use the commissioned artwork for profit (ex. selling it on articles of clothing, bags, as prints, stickers, pins, ect).

  • I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.

  • I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" commissions.

  • No refunds if the piece has already been started past the sketch phase.
